About Our Chicory

  • Our organic chicory is sustainably grown and harvested by small holder farmers in India, where women do much of the essential weeding work in the fields by hand instead of spraying with herbicides like conventional chicory. After harvest, the chicory roots are roasted by a small family-owned company in France that has specialized in roasting chicory for generations.

I really like it and love the fact that I don't get any heartburn and it will not cause me insomnia if I drink it at night because it doesn't contain any caffeine. You can also prepare a nice cappuccino with chicory! Love it!
